The sun shines for Kingspan Solar at SITE in Roma with Thermomax solar tubes

Lecco based Kingspan Solar have hailed the recent SITE Expo in Rome as a great success. The show, which took place from the 13th to 16th of November, was busier than anyone expected with Kingspan Solar’s stand perfectly positioned to re-enforce the strength of its Thermomax brand.

The company showed both its HP200 and HP100 Heat Pipes along with the popular DF100 Direct Flow model. With pretty much all other solar products on display having origins in the Far East, visitors to the show were keen to get a closer look at the premium Thermomax range. This well established, market leading product is 100% made in Europe.

The Thermomax brand, which was acquired by Irish based Kingspan in August 2007, is now available directly through the new Kingspan Solar offices and warehouse in Lecco, near Milan. With a full technical, marketing and specification team, Kingspan Solar is able to offer a full product solution for hot water requirements.

Kingspan also launched the new Thermomax FS flat solar panels, premium quality and ideal for Sourthern European climates, the company expect to establish Thermomax FS as the market leader in the South of Italy. This Flat plate is ideal for domestic use.

On display was also the new Kingspan Solar Cylinder made by Kingspan in Ireland and distributed through the Lecco office.

The Solamax Photovoltaic system was also available for visitors to look at and discuss ensuring that Kingspan Solar can provide a solution for solar electricity in addition to the solar heating products.

Installers and engineers will welcome the new Thermomax technical manual to be launched in December. Available through the Lecco office this long awaited publication is due to become essential reading for all involved in the solar and renewable energy business.
